Back in town, Cate & Aiden get Dion into Than's clinic at the Studio - private, unofficial. Because Dr. Nathan Atoos is a vocal supporter of DAS (doctor-assisted suicide), his nurse is accustomed to keeping her mouth shut about what happens after hours.
Than is always thrown briefly off-stride when Cate says things like that - he's never entirely sure she's joking. Cate likes to intentionally throw him. It never does a man any good to be too sure of himself...or her!
