Later that evening, Cate has been listening to the ransome demand in the "batcave" repeatedly, looking for clues to the men's location in the background sounds. Dion brings take out from their favourite restaurant in the city, and serves it with a candle for atmosphere...
well, you know what they say about all work and no play...
Dion wasn't really surprised when Cate ambushed him at the door upon his return. He had a second to reflect that very good things always happened whenever Cate threw him to the ground. He did try to tell her what he'd found out, but she shushed him - "If they were in a life or death situation, you'd have called, so it can wait."
